We are dedicated to the manufacture of plastic products for the cosmetic industry by offering services in all major stages such as conception, design and development of new products.

We are recognized for early engagement with the client from concept and design of the container itself. We use the latest software and confection molds and or have support from specialized manufacturers in order to accomplish our job.

We have a complete area of matrixes with a mechanical CNC machinery center, CNC lathes, electro-erosion machines, etc.

We have a highly-trained group specialized in:

Design and manufacture of injection molds, blow molding, injection blow-molding and thermo-formed molds. In addition to mastering each of these processes
Design and CAD solid modeling in 3D, 2D surveying and CNC manufacturing processes for prototype development.
Project Management applying methodology from the Project Management International Institute.
Knowledge and command on new resins that the international market offers and thus we can make the best recommendation for new packaging.

We offer 3 types of services:

When the client is in the initial stage of industrial design (i.e. creation of the external shape of the component): We offer a support service and advice in order to establish the new design and to ensure manufacturability while minimizing rework risks that may arise after a poor design concept.
When the client does not have an engineering design, and brings only a general idea with sketches or models as well as some general expectations of use and functionality: We provide a general feasibility service and integrated mechanical product design, transforming expectations functionality and technical specifications for use in true measures and tangible models. At this stage dummies or prototypes are generated to better visualize the product as well as 2D planes in Solid Edge.
When the client already has an engineering design: We provide consultancy aimed at the design review and validate the technical feasibility of the product.

2D and 3D Preliminary Sketches

They are freehand drawings or use of any supporting software that gives an idea of what is required by the client. This is usually without detailed dimensions but with external dimensions more or less real.

Mock or Dummies:

They are physical representations of a sketch that can be seen and touched in actual size or scaled according to the desired ratio. We use different mediums such as potato flour, acrylics, nylon, wood, etc.

Pilot Model:

Refers to a one cavity matrix in which the designed product will be manufactured.

The objective is to minimize pilot model project risks; the reason for this is to propose changes to the original design in order to have 100% functional components ready for industrial production.
